The Patti & Walter Blenko Scholarship Fund for the Performing or Technical Arts is a 501(c)(3) non–profit organization that provides scholarship money to Pittsburgh-area high school seniors of all genders, races, ethnicity, origin, sexual orientation, and religious beliefs, who meet talent and financial need criteria.

It is supported entirely by generous donors and volunteers. Every dollar contributed goes directly back into the programs that raise money for student scholarships.

The fund was created in 2019, just prior to Walter Blenko’s passing. Walter was a generous philanthropist and aficionado of the performing arts. The fund is managed by Walter's wife, Patti, who has also supported the performing arts for more than five decades through leadership and volunteer positions.
